Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care in ensuring that every saree is carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the delicate and traditional nature of our products, we maintain a strict exchange policy as outlined below.
Exchanges (Damaged Items Only)
We only offer exchanges for damaged sarees.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The saree must be damaged at the time of delivery.

You must notify us within [2 DAYS] of receiving your order.

The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

You must provide clear photos and/or a video showing the damage.
Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.

Photos/videos of the damaged area

A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will provide further instructions.
No Returns or Refunds
Please note:

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged saree, we will ship a replacement item.

If the same saree is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value.
- Damaged / Exchange / Replacement products will be delivered 5-7 working day
Important Note
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These are not considered defects.
