Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in ensuring that every saree is carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the delicate and traditional nature of our products, we maintain a strict exchange policy as outlined below.


Exchanges (Damaged Items Only)

We only offer exchanges for damaged sarees.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The saree must be damaged at the time of delivery.

  • You must notify us within [2 DAYS] of receiving your order.

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide clear photos and/or a video showing the damage.

Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.

To request an exchange, please email us at [FAIMZEE555@GMAIL.COM] with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the damaged area

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide further instructions.


No Returns or Refunds

Please note:

  • We do not offer returns for change of mind.

  • We do not provide refunds.


Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged saree, we will ship a replacement item.

  • If the same saree is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value.

  • Damaged / Exchange / Replacement products will be delivered  5-7 working day

Important Note

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These are not considered defects.
